Degree in chemistry, with masters and doctorate in food science. With professional experience as an academic and researcher in several institutions at a higher level in the areas of chemical and biological sciences. Currently works in the analytical control area of the department of microbiology in the federal commission for protection against health risks of the secretary of health in Mexico. Areas of expertise are food microbiology, food biotechnology, food safety, food chemistry.
