Abstract
The present experiment was carried out at College of Horticulture, Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Jagudan, Dist. Mehsana, Gujarat with an aim to study the effect of organic inputs on yield, quality, soil parameters and economics of custard apple. The experiment was laid out in a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with eight treatments and three replications. In respect of yield parameters such as number of fruits per tree, fruit weight, yield per tree and yield per hectare as well as in respect of quality parameters such as pulp weight, T.S.S., total sugar, reducing sugar and non reducing sugar, ascorbic acid and acidity were recorded maximum in the treatment T7 i.e. 50% Ghanjeevamrut + 50% poultry manure. Whereas, regarding soil properties viz., organic carbon, available N, P2O5 and K2O, while, w.r.t. economics, maximum gross returns, net returns and Benefit-Cost Ratio were also recorded maximum in the treatment T7.
